GeoDEN is a visual analytics tool created to help dengue researchers and epidemiologists better understand how DENV serotypes move and interact among populations.

Reports represent a year and country in which dengue was reported by researchers; each report also records which of the 4 serotypes were observed. Reports do not represent prevelance, only occurrance - a single report may show serotypes 1, 2, and 4, but it is possible there were 1,000 cases of type 2 and very few cases of types 1 and 4.
